How To Make The Best Effect Of Seamless Cloth Sewing?

Sewing Ironing

Clothing companies often encounter difficulties in sewing and ironing cloth: the soaked fabrics are often brittle and lack of flexibility.

Moreover, most of the ironing products are made of high density fabric. When sewing, they are easy to be broken by machine needles, resulting in fabric damage. Therefore, fine needles should be used when stitching.

When sewing conditions permit, it is better to use needle No. 10.

Woven ironing cloth should be stitched with ordinary round needles, while the tightly woven ironing cloth should be stitched with a small SES needle so that the needle can be pushed away rather than broken.

The juncture of the collar and cuffs of the shirt should be very neat. Therefore, a sharp needle must be used, even if the machine needle often damages the cloth.

In view of the limited shrinkage of ironing cloth, non shrinking sutures should be used to make the joints neat, smooth and wrinkle free.

Artificial fibers can be sutured to meet this requirement, because the synthetic thread is easier to sew, so it can be used for continuous thin thread sewing.

When using the synthetic thread, the sewing tension must be carefully determined and the tension should be adjusted to a minimum.

The bottom line tension must be adjusted as follows: when the end of the seam moves freely, the bottom spindle and the outer sleeve slowly slide downward.

The tension between the surface line and the bottom line must be consistent, and the surface line and the bottom line are exactly interwoven between the two layers of fabric.

The stitching of the synthetic threads into the fabric is too high and will shrink automatically to ease the tension.

This phenomenon shrinks the seam along the sewing thread and makes the joint wrinkle.

In the sewing process, the dislocation of the upper and lower parts of the fabric often occurs, because the two layers of fabric are rubbed together and resist each other.

On the other hand, due to the friction between the upper cloth and the presser foot, the lower fabric of the cloth feeding tooth moves faster.

This phenomenon will also cause wrinkles on the joints. As long as the pressure of the presser foot is lowered as much as possible, and the use of the fine tooth feeder (conveyor), the wrinkling can be avoided.

The fundamental way to solve the problem is to use a sewing machine with a feeding mechanism or a needle feeding mechanism.

The elastic deformation of the easy care cloth during sewing will also cause the seam to wrinkle. This is due to the excessive needle holes and groove in the needle plate and presser foot, resulting in the excessive dent in the sewing material when the needle is stabbed.

Obviously, the smaller the pin hole or the smaller the groove is, the better the machine needles will not sag when they are stabbed.

The most common problem encountered in sewing and ironing cloth is the high temperature generated when sewing needles. In addition, the remnants of synthetic thread will block the needle slot. Therefore, the hard chrome needle should be used for the seamless cloth sewing.
