The Minimum Wage Can Not Stay On Paper.

Minimum Wage Standard

In August 17th, Qinghai announced that it would adjust the minimum level of the province from September 1st.

Wage standard

It became the twenty-seventh province to raise minimum wage this year.

Since Jiangsu first took the lead in raising the minimum wage in February 1st, 27 of the 31 provinces, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, have been adjusting the minimum wage standard. Gansu, Guangxi, Guizhou and Chongqing did not announce the minimum wage adjustment plan (the scheme is under examination and approval).

Among them, the highest monthly minimum wage in Shanghai is 1120 yuan, the highest minimum wage in Beijing is 11 yuan, and the average minimum wage in Hainan is 37%, ranking the first in the country.

Raising the minimum wage standard is almost unanimously praised by the media and low-income workers.

Although the minimum wage standard has not yet reached the minimum wage requirement, the minimum wage should be 40% to 60% of the average wage, and it has not reached the provincial minimum wage standard of the provincial level, which should be about 1500 yuan, which was recommended by Xiang Wenbo, President of the National People's Congress and Sany.

What I am concerned about is that if the government raises the minimum wage standard, can low-income workers really enjoy the benefits?

The minimum wage standard is

Supportability

and

mandatory

That is, "conditional execution and unconditional execution" is the lowest level of fairness and justice.

However, the minimum wage standard is the same as the labor law, the labor contract law, and the housing provident fund system.

I wonder if the minimum wage standards that have been raised in the other 26 provinces have been put in place, but I know that the minimum wage standards in my county do not yet know when to implement them.

Moreover, some people's wages are not even up to the minimum wage that was adjusted last time.

The local governments raised the minimum wage standards in order to effectively improve the treatment of low-income workers, and should be implemented in an all - out way.

Therefore, while raising the minimum wage standard, local governments should also check and urge all localities to conscientiously implement them and not to raise them on paper.

It is suggested that provinces that have raised minimum wage standards should focus on the implementation of a minimum wage standard inspection and seriously deal with units that are not implemented according to regulations, so as to effectively improve the implementation of minimum wage standards, and effectively enable low-income workers to get tangible benefits.
