In order to develop forestry production, to cultivate and use forest resources rationally, to speed up the afforestation of barren hills, to bring into full play the role of forest storage, soil conservation, climate adjustment and environmental improvement, and to promote the economic development of Lushan Mountain, according to the spirit of superior development of barren hills, the contract has been fully negotiated by both sides, so that both sides can abide by it.

First, Party B will send all the barren hills that are located on the premises to the agricultural production and operation of party a such as planting and planting. The plots are long and long in the north and south, and in the west, to the south, to the East, and to the West. Four. On the day of signing the contract, party a prepaid the annual contract fee to Party B (including the one-time compensation to destroy the original barren hills and miscellaneous trees), and then paid the contract amount every year before December 31st.

Five. On the terms of this contract, Party B has convened the villagers' representative meeting on the date of the year to discuss and get the full approval of the villagers' representative meeting (see the annex two of the contract) for the villagers' representative meeting.

Party B shall sign the contract with Party A on the basis of the resolution and the authorization of the villagers' representative meeting.

Six. During the period of developing the contracted barren hill, Party A will give priority to Party B's villagers under the same conditions, and the remuneration shall be borne by Party A.

Seven, Party A needs to erect pipes for planting trees and fetch water from the river. Party B shall not interfere and collect any money. Disputes shall be settled by Party B.

Eight. During the barren hill period, the first planted trees can be harvested at any time. The original trees planted between row spacing will be harvested after the survival rate of newly planted trees reaches more than 60%, and the harvested trees will be processed by Party A.

Nine. When Party B picks up chestnuts in dnngou and Xiaonan gully, it is forbidden to damage the trees within the scope of Party A's contract, and Party B shall be liable for damages.

Ten. After acquiring the right to contracted management of land, Party A can only be used for agricultural purposes permitted by the state's laws, regulations and policies. Within the permitted scope of laws, regulations and policies, Party A has all the right to use the original contracted barren mountains, and Party B shall not interfere.

Eleven, Party B agrees that Party A can, without violating the mandatory provisions of national laws and administrative regulations, independently pfer the right to contracted management of land through subcontracting, pferring and leasing.

All proceeds obtained from the circulation of land contractual management right belong to Party A, and Party B shall not claim any rights in this regard.

Twelve. During the period of validity of this contract, neither Party A nor Party B can unilaterally modify or terminate this contract without the written consent of the other party.

Thirteen. During the performance of this contract, there shall be no change in the following circumstances.

1. The person in charge of Party A or Party B.

2, the names of both parties have changed.

3, Party B is divided into two or more than two villagers' committees, or Party B and other villagers' committees are merged into one villager committee.

Fourteen. Matters not covered in this contract shall be supplemented by friendly negotiation between Party A and Party B. supplementary contracts shall be regarded as an integral part of this contract.

Fifteen, if there is any dispute arising from this contract, it shall be settled by friendly negotiation between Party A and Party B. If the negotiation fails or fails to negotiate, any party may bring a lawsuit against the people's Court of the place where Party A resides.

Sixteen. This contract is from two parties.
