Everyone in the workplace has such a pattern, and some psychological behavior patterns will make a talented person difficult to take the fate of failure.

So whether it's a senior executive or a grass-roots employee, before you try to succeed, you need to look at yourself, fill in the psychological traps in your career, and pave the way for your success.

James Wadep and Dr. Timothy Butler, director of the MBA career development center of Harvard Business School, through many years of research, summed up the following shortcomings of the workplace development of the defective workplace psychological behavior patterns.

Arrogance, tyranny, perfectionism

They are unrealistic. When they are looking for a job, they are not talking about leading enterprises, otherwise they will set up their own doors.

When they enter big enterprises, most of them volunteered to work beyond their abilities.

As a result, the task is not completed, and it will not stop swinging. Instead, it wants to make up for the previous commitments with higher achievements, and it turns out to be a defeated general.

Such people also like to be in the limelight. In a stable society or enterprise, they always express their positions quickly, for fear that no one will pay attention to him.

It is to hide the weakness inside.

Such a person always asks himself to be a hero everywhere, and also strict demands that others reach his standard.

On the job, they ask themselves and their subordinates "more, faster and better".

As a result, the subordinates were dragged out and exhausted, and they jumped to the boat to survive.

At work, they even pretend to be ignorant. Their favorite words are: "these jobs are boring."

But the real feeling inside them is: "I can't do any work well."

They want to be successful at a young age, but they do not like learning, asking for help or asking for advice, because they can be considered "incompetent", so they have to pretend to understand.

They are either tough or ruthless, like a bulldozer, who will obstruct the way out.

Because it is too aggressive and aggressive, and does not know how to pass around, it may hurt your career.

Escape, pessimism and depression

This kind of person is smart and experienced, but once promoted, he has no confidence and feels incompetent.

Their core belief is "I am not good enough", especially when there are setbacks and challenges, and their self destructive and self limiting negative thoughts prevail.

They may become a typical pessimist and start worrying.

Before taking action, he will imagine all negative consequences and feel anxious.

Such a person will be put off as a supervisor.

Because he was too concerned about shame, and even worried that his subordinates would have an opinion and embarrass him.

Then they feel that they have lost their career direction.

"Is it the right way for me to go?"

I feel that my role is dispensable, I can not keep up with others and I have no sense of belonging.

Another extreme manifestation of them is unconditional avoidance.

As a supervisor, they should argue for their subordinates. In order to avoid conflict, they may be looked down upon by their subordinates or other departments.

In order to maintain peace, they suppress their feelings, resulting in their serious lack of ability to face conflicts and resolve conflicts.

In the end, this kind of ineffective performance of conflict resolution even threatens marriage, parent-child, brotherhood and friendship.

Non black, white or mechanical

The world is black or white in this person's eyes.

They believe that all things should be evaluated objectively and objectively, just like those with standard answers.

They always feel that they are defending their principles and sticking to principles.

However, others may not care about these principles.

As a result, such people always fight alone and often fail.

This kind of human rigidity is also manifested in a complete lack of understanding of human nature, and it is difficult to understand emotions such as fear, love, anger, greed and compassion.

When they talk on the phone, they usually do not call directly, but they are directly involved in the topic. They lack the ability to care for each other. They want to exclude emotional factors from the decision-making process.
