According to the weather records of the county cotton association, the average daily temperature is only 11.01 degrees centigrade, lower than 4.69 degrees last year. Rainfall is 51.7 millimeters and rainy days 3 days, respectively, less than 5.8 mm and 1 days in the same period last year. According to statistics, as of 15 days, the average harvest of cotton seed in the county reached 195 kg, accounting for 86.7% of the estimated output of 225 kg, up 24.7 percentage points over the same period last year.

Recently, due to the weather, the length of drying time has increased, and the inventory of cotton farmers has increased slightly.

Statistics show that by November 15th, the average grain stock of cotton in the county was about 23 kg, accounting for 11.8% of the total picking capacity, and the sales volume had reached 172 kg, accounting for 88.2% of the total picking capacity, which was 1.2 percentage points faster than that at the end of 10, and increased by 18.2 percentage points over the same period.

Since the advent of new cotton in late September, the purchase price of cotton enterprises in the county has been basically stable at about 8.4 yuan per kilogram since the beginning of early October, so far, the average price of all grades of seed cotton has been stable since the beginning of October.

The average selling price of cotton farmers is 90% of the households who sell cotton to cotton traders or brokers at home. The actual income is lower than that of enterprises, with an average of only 8.13 yuan.

In the past half a month, the selling price of cotton farmers has dropped slightly and fluctuated along with the natural decline of grades and the adjustment of cottonseed prices.

Monitoring showed that in from November 1st to 15th, the average selling price of cotton farmers in the county was 8.11 yuan per kilogram, up 2.66% yuan from 0.21 yuan a year ago.

Cotton farmers generally feel that the purchase price of cotton is relatively stable this year. The reasons are mainly in three aspects: first, the support of national policies; two, the restriction of market factors; and three, the improvement of cotton quality.

With the increase of yield per unit area, the cotton planting income of most cotton farmers in the county will increase and increase compared with the previous year.
