Quanzhou Leather Enterprises Into The Construction Of Circular Economy

The enterprise projects that Shishi has entered into the municipal circular economy alternative project library have been preliminarily selected. At present, 8 enterprises have been included in the database. These 8 enterprises are mainly printing and dyeing, finishing, leather enterprises, there are also 2 environmental protection sewage treatment enterprises. This batch of projects will be submitted to Quanzhou by the Municipal Economic Bureau.        The development of circular economy needs financial support, but not all projects in the name of circular economy can get support. This is the purpose of the establishment of this database: to strengthen and standardize the circular economy projects and fund management, to establish a scientific and reasonable, standardized, open and transparent project fund management mechanism, so as to ensure the systematic operation of project fund management.        The circular economy project library will be managed dynamically. Shishi Economic Bureau will continuously reserve a certain number and high-quality enterprise circular economy projects according to the local social and economic development situation. It will be supplemented and updated at the end of March each year, and rolling management will be implemented. From this year on, municipal level circular economy projects including Shishi will, in principle, select the best from this project library and give appropriate financial support. According to the Economic Bureau, this year's financial funds will support projects that have completed substantial transformation and have been included in the project library management since July last year.        Besides the pollution reduction and emission reduction projects of environmental protection industry, there are also water-saving, land-saving, new energy and resource comprehensive utilization projects. The construction of circular economy service, exchange platform and research and development platform of key technologies can also be applied for. In addition to the large investment and supporting construction in the early stage, the selected projects of Shishi have significant water-saving, material saving and environmental protection effects after the implementation of these projects.
