Suzhou'S Shoe Industry Chain Can Reach 150 Million Pairs Of Shoes Annually In 2016.

In September 3rd this year, the China Light Industry Federation and the China Leather Association formally awarded Suzhou the title of "China's modern footwear industry city Suzhou".

The output of leather shoes is 28 million 670 thousand pairs, the annual output value is 4 billion 600 million yuan, and the profit is 1 billion 100 million yuan, accounting for 0.6%, 1.2% and 3.8% of leather shoes output, output value and profit respectively.

It is estimated that by the end of this year, shoe city will achieve an industrial output value of 6 billion yuan, an increase of 30% over the previous year, and a total investment of fixed assets of 5 billion yuan, up 32% from the same period last year.

It is expected that all enterprises will be released in 2016, and shoes city will produce 150 million pairs of shoes annually, accounting for about 3% of the total output of the country.

At present, BELLE, Dongyi, Kangnai, Hongxing Erke and other well-known shoe manufacturers and shoemaking enterprises are coming in to further improve the shoe city industry chain.

At present, there are 95 projects in the industrial city, of which 32 are whole shoes, and the total investment is 31 billion 700 million yuan. After the completion of the project, the annual output value exceeds 46 billion yuan, the tax revenue exceeds 3 billion yuan, and about 200000 workers are employed.

On the basis of the successful introduction of many famous leather shoes, sports shoes and casual shoes, shoe city has gradually launched a new attack on shoes, beach shoes, slippers, shoes machines, shoes and clothing fabrics.

Up to now, a cooperation agreement has been signed with 17 projects such as Wing Lung shoe machine and Hongqi group, with a total investment of 5 billion 410 million yuan.

We should make full use of the influence of the activities of Xiamen, Fujian and Taiwan enterprises (Suzhou) on economic and trade cooperation, and the first shoe making skills competition in the country, so as to enhance the popularity of the footwear industry in Hong Kong.

The next step will be further cooperation with the footwear industry association of Italy (China), Fujian, Zhejiang and Guangdong.

In September this year, 9 cooperation projects were successfully signed during the HA conference, with a total investment of 2 billion 854 million yuan.

In order to support the development of footwear industry, Suzhou actively develops vocational education, develops joint ventures between schools and enterprises, and encourages universities and scientific research institutions to provide technical support.
