It can fold and pack it, make it wrinkle at will, then wipe it with hands, the wrinkles are flat. The other one is elastic fibers, which can be used to make swimsuits to high fashion products. Without using spandex, the products can be comfortable and resilient, with excellent recovery and shape retention.

DuPont exhibited a series of brand-new products, causing visitors to stop. The artificial fur made of SORONA SORONA does not use real animal fur at all, but also has beautiful fur fabrics. The thermal filler material is made of SORONA and regenerated polyester fiber, and the new shoe material knitted fabric is characterized by "lasting elasticity, restoring shape", and can replace spandex in elasticity.

SORONA material is different from spandex. After washing, drying, contacting chlorine or high temperature, the spandex will be damaged. So if you wear spandex pants, your knees will soon be loose. SORONA has no such problem, it will not be damaged after washing, and will not be affected by external factors, so it will not be as loose and elastic as spandex garments, which will bring a new experience to consumers.

Environmentally friendly fabrics will become mainstream fabrics in the future

Data show that the total number of clothing sold worldwide in 2017 has reached two times that of 2003. At the same time, hundreds of billions of dollars worth of clothing are eliminated every year. The total inventory of waste clothing has reached 100 million tons, and the demand for textile fabrics to develop "green ecology" has become more and more intense.

DuPont SORONA is a spinning grade polymer produced by DuPont Co in biotechnology. In addition, compared with nylon polymers based on petrochemical raw materials, the same yield of SORONA polymers can reduce energy consumption by 30% and 63% of CO2 emissions in the production process.
