The first meeting of the tenth board of directors of Shanghai Haixin Group Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "company") considered and passed the motion on the election of the chairman of the tenth board of directors of the company. All directors elected Mr. Fei Minhua as chairman of the tenth board of directors of the company.
