In order to give full play to the role of market mechanism, the General Administration of market supervision will no longer make administrative provisions on the technical requirements, evaluation methods and marks of "three tongs", nor will it publish the information of enterprises and products of "three tongs". According to the requirements of the relevant national standards on the supplier's declaration of conformity, the enterprise can make a self declaration that its products meet the relevant standards of China and the importing country (region), or entrust a third-party organization to carry out relevant quality evaluation, and actively accept the supervision of social supervision and market supervision departments.
