The intelligent shoemaking production line of Shenzhen Huishi is equipped with 4 sets of 3D industrial cameras and 6 sets of industrial robots to realize the intellectualization and automation of 15 working positions of shaping shoes, mainly including intelligent marking, Vamp Automatic sulfur addition, intelligent spraying agent for upper, intelligent dispensing agent for sole, automatic pressing and last pulling, etc. The production line is equipped with a 3D intelligent visual trajectory generation workstation. The high-precision 3D point cloud images of vamp and sole are captured by the deep vision 3D camera, and the robot guided trajectory is automatically generated to eliminate manual measurement error. The workstation can generate the trajectory after 30 seconds offline and 5 seconds online. The production line innovatively processes the soles and uppers in the same line, which reduces the complexity of the control system and reduces the overall investment of the equipment. The design capacity of the whole line is 150 pairs of shoes / hour, which can be produced in 7x24 hours and 3600 pairs of shoes per day. The workstation can be configured freely according to the production rhythm; The whole line only needs 10 workers, 30 less than the traditional shoemaking line, significantly reducing the labor cost. The yield rate is 99%, which is significantly higher than that of 85% in the traditional shoe production line.

Shenzhen Huishi intelligent shoe production line supports 5g industrial Internet technology and can expand multi line management to realize the overall intelligent manufacturing layout from intelligent production line to intelligent workshop to distributed intelligent factory.
