For public service platforms that have settled down and operated in the city and provide services in the industrial Internet field, if the investment in software and hardware reaches more than 3 million yuan and the service enterprises reach a certain scale, a reward of 10% of the investment in the platform will be given, up to 2 million yuan. To build a digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading benchmark, experts will be organized to select no more than 5 benchmark demonstration projects from digital transformation, intelligent upgrading, networked collaboration and other aspects every year, and each project will be given a one-time reward of 300000 yuan.

In order to promote the overall digitalization of the textile and clothing industry, Shishi actively docks and introduces cloud application service provider resources, leads and supports enterprises to deploy and apply low-cost, modular cloud software and systems around key links such as R&D design, production management and control, operation management, and industrial equipment services, and promotes ERP, CRM, MES The integrated application of PLM and other information systems and key technologies of intelligent manufacturing in the factory improves the level of digitalization and informatization. Take the lead in the province to launch the "Intelligent Shishi Industrial Information Technology Integrated Service Platform", and build a "1234N" industrial enterprise integrated service system in which cities, towns (streets), parks, and enterprises are linked up from top to bottom, and all municipal (element) departments are coordinated from left to right. At the same time of policy guidance and precise efforts, Shishi also speeds up the construction of intelligent garment manufacturing park and Jinshang intelligent manufacturing park, comprehensively promotes the digital, networked and intelligent transformation of the whole process of R&D design, production manufacturing, operation management and sales services, and creates a digital industrial standard park for garments.
