　　 Recently, Dong Kuiyong, president of China Cotton Textile Industry Association, and his delegation went to Taikang County, Henan Province to conduct research, understand the production, operation and green development of enterprises, and conduct in-depth discussions and exchanges around the challenges and opportunities facing the development of the industry. Relevant leaders of Taikang County Government and the Management Committee of Taikang Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone accompanied the investigation.

　　 Visiting enterprises mainly produce medium and high count pure cotton yarn and home textile fabrics. It is understood that after the Spring Festival, the enterprise is basically full capacity production, and the product inventory is maintained at a normal level. The domestic market has become the main support, and export orders are shrinking due to the impact of the international environment.

　　 From the perspective of green development, some enterprises actively layout photovoltaic power generation projects, build the mode of "self use+surplus power online", improve the proportion of green power use, and actively explore new energy projects to further reduce costs and increase efficiency. Energy consumption is reduced through a series of technical transformation measures, such as upgrading and transformation of intelligent workshops, waste heat recovery and utilization, replacement of energy-saving motors, and effective improvement of production efficiency and product quality. Relying on the full chain advantage of "spinning weaving clothing" in Taikang County, the high count yarn produced by some enterprises is supplied to local weaving enterprises to reduce logistics carbon emissions.
