Please follow the regulatory responsibilities and conscientiously implement the regulations on the administration of fodder and feed additives, combined with our city's 2010 regulations.

First, strengthen the production of feed protein powder and the management of feed ingredients.

Enterprises that manufacture and sell fodder leather powder must pass the examination and obtain the "safety and hygiene certificate of animal origin feed product enterprises" before they can produce.

The manufacturers of feed protein powder should strengthen the self inspection of toxic and harmful substances such as heavy metals and melamine in products, and sell products after passing the inspection.

Feed production enterprises should strictly control the raw materials, strictly prohibit the use of untreated leather crusher, leather products made by unlicensed enterprises, and leather waste products that do not meet the quality and safety standards as feed ingredients.

Two, strengthen inspection of animal origin feed enterprises and sampling inspection of raw materials and products.

All districts and counties should check the nets of all animal feed products production enterprises in the jurisdiction, without missing one factory, one shop and every link.

For every enterprise, we should check the location of raw material storehouse, finished product storehouse, production workshop, etc., and check the raw material purchase account and test record in the past two years, so as to prevent the leather from being processed harmlessly into the feed production process.

The inspection log should be set up in the inspection, and the inspection process of each feed enterprise should be recorded on file for reference.

It is necessary to conduct regular sampling and inspection for the products purchased and sold.

The feed management departments of all districts and counties should attach great importance to them, conscientiously organize them, and pay close attention to implementation.
