The Ministry Of Commerce Has Newly Identified More Than 100 Foreign Trade Transformation And Upgrading Bases, And 6 Are Involved In The Field Of Textile And Clothing

In order to implement the spirit of the guiding opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting the high-quality development of trade and the implementation opinions of the general office of the State Council on promoting the innovative development of foreign trade, the Ministry of Commerce has newly identified 105 National Foreign Trade Transformation and upgrading bases, including 4 textile and garment industry bases and 2 textile and garment industry bases.

Up to now, there are 578 national foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases in China, covering 8 major industries including mechanical and electrical products (including equipment manufacturing), agricultural products, light industrial handicrafts, textile and clothing, medicine, new materials, professional chemical industry and hardware and building materials, of which 71 are textile and garment industry bases. As an important platform for the organic combination of industry and trade, foreign trade transformation and upgrading base has become an important carrier and grasp to promote the high-quality development of trade, and has played a positive role in promoting the innovation and development of local foreign trade, optimizing and stabilizing the supply chain of industrial chain.
